Tracy Oostdyk, Senior (Spooner/Shell
Lake), of UW-Stout
Oostdyk won the Lake Wissota Invitational with a lifetime personal best time
of 18:41. She broke her previous personal best by more than a minute in the
5-kilometer run. Oostdyk led the Blue Devils to a win over UW-Eau Claire and
UW-La Crosse.

Elizabeth Woodworth, Junior (Marinette),
of UW-Oshkosh
Woodworth ran away with the individual title to help UW-Oshkosh to a second-place
finish at the UW-Oshkosh Hammer Strength Invitational held October 17 in Winneconne.
Woodworth completed the 5,000-meter course in a time of 17:01, finishing a solid
minute ahead of the next runner. Woodworth's time established a school record
by over 20 seconds. UW-Stevens Point won the five-team meet with 34 points,
while UW-Oshkosh and Calvin (Mich.) tied for second at 49.

Point
Craig claimed individual medallist honors at the Big Dawg Invitational hosted
by UW-Stevens Point at Lake Pacawa in Plover on Saturday, October 11. She led
the Pointers to a perfect score of 15 to claim the team title. Craig covered
the 5,000-meter course in 18:47.19.

Katie Isermann, Senior (West Allis/Central),

Isermann finished seventh to help UW-Oshkosh to a first-place finish in the
team standings of the Notre Dame Invitational (Gold Division) held October 3
in South Bend, Ind. She posted a time of 18:31 on the 5,000-meter course. UW-Oshkosh's
Elizabeth Woodworth won the race in a time of 17:23. UW-Oshkosh finished first
in the team scoring with 96 points, while Calvin (Mich.) placed second with
101.

Jackie Mulrooney, Sophomore (Hartland/Arrowhead),
of UW-Platteville
Mulrooney made an impressive Pioneer debut, winning the Roy Griak Invitational
at the University of Minnesota on Saturday, September 27. Mulrooney, a transfer
from UW-Madison, where she earned second team all-Big 10 honors as a freshman,
placed first among 338 runners with a time of 18:36 over five kilometers. It
was second-fastest 5K time in school history.

Elizabeth Woodworth, Junior (Marinette),
of UW-Oshkosh
Woodworth won the individual title at the Midwest Collegiate Championship in
Kenosha on Sept. 20 with a time of 17:28. Her time over the 5,000-meter course
beat the second-place finisher by 21 seconds and established a school record
at the meet. Woodworth's performance helped the Titans to a fourth-place finish
in the 28-team competition.

Rudd took the individual title at the Luther (Iowa) All-American Invitational
in Decorah, Iowa. She ran 18:28 and helped lead UW-La Crosse to the team title
in the 14-team invitational.

Teresa Stanley, Sophomore (Whitewater),
of UW-Stevens Point
Coming off an injury redshirt last season, Stanley made the most of her return
placing eighth at the Hanover (Ind.) Invitational. She shaved better than 30
seconds off her personal best, finishing with a time of 18:57. Stanley's effort
helped the Pointers claim the team title, besting 17 other squads.
