Warhawks Advance, Titans Lose In NCAA Women’s Volleyball Regional

NCAA Women's VolleyballMadison, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Whitewater advanced the championship round of the NCAA Division III University of St. Thomas (Minn.) regional with a 30-24, 30-28, 30-11 victory over Bethel University (Minn.) in St. Paul, Minn. on Nov. 9.

The Warhawks will face St. Thomas (Minn.) for the regional championship on Nov. 10 at 7 p.m.   The winner will advance to the NCAA Division III Tournament Finals on Nov. 15-17 in Bloomington, Ill.

UW-Oshkosh saw its season come to an end in the Carthage College regional in Kenosha, Wis. after a 27-30, 30-26, 28-30, 30-24, 15-9 loss to Washington University (Mo.).

The Titans were making the 12th NCAA tournament appearance in school history and finished the 2007 campaign with a 32-6 record.
