RELEASED: Wednesday, November 28, 2007 Two Secure Academic All-District Women’s Volleyball Honors
The team is comprised of all NCAA Division II, Division III and NAIA student-athletes from Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota and is voted on by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Carlson, a senior from Rochester, Minn. (Mayo H.S.), is majoring in middle childhood - early adolescence education and carries a 3.84 grade point average. A native of Appleton, Wis. (Kimberly, H.S.), Schultz is a senior and boasts a 3.85 grade point average, while majoring in accounting. # # # # #

Madison, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Katelyn Carlson and UW-Whitewater’s Abby Schultz have been named to the 2007 CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Five College Division Women’s Volleyball Third Team.
