UW-Whitewater To Face St. Scholastica In NCAA Women’s Tennis

Madison, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Whitewater will begin play in the NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championship on May 1, facing College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) in regional competition hosted by Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) in St. Peter, Minn.

The Warhawks earned a spot in the 47-team national field by winning the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Team Tournament and are making the first team appearance in the NCAA Division III tournament.

Also participating in the Gustavus Adolphus regional will be Wheaton College (Ill.), Coe College (Iowa) and Grinnell College (Iowa).

The regional winner will advance to the final eight on May 13-15 in St. Peter, Minn.
