2004-05 WIAC All-Academic Awards and Scholastic Honor Roll Announced

Madison, Wis.--The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) has announced the members of the 2004-05 Men's and Women's Scholastic Honor Roll.

During the 2004-05 academic year, 2,258 (47.6 percent) of the student-athletes competing in the league achieved a 3.0 grade point average or better and were named to the Scholastic Honor Roll.

The conference also presented All-Academic Awards to those institutions in which the grade point average for its student-athletes was equal to, or greater than, the grade point average of the overall student body. Institutions receiving the All-Academic Award for the 2004-05 academic year included: La Crosse, Platteville, River Falls, Stevens Point, Superior and Whitewater.
