Governor's approval has been requested and received for waiver of sealed bid procedures for entering into contracts necessary to provide travel accommodations for athletic teams that are invited to participate in unanticipated post-season athletic tournaments. You are authorized to sign contracts and issue orders for such travel.

Remember, whenever possible utilize MBE travel agencies as a part of this RPA when possible.

Copies of all orders referencing this waiver approval must be sent to UW System Procurement Office.
