UW SYSTEM 2008 JOINT PURCHASING/CONTROLLERS MEETING

The UW System Purchasing Meeting will be held on April 28 and 29, 2008, at Chula Vista Resort outside of Wisconsin Dells, WI.

Chula Vista has set aside a block of rooms for this meeting.  Attendees must make their own reservations by contacting the hotel at 800/388-4782 or 608/254-8366.  Make reservation ASAP to guarantee room.  Be sure to mention the UW System Administration to obtain the State room rate of $62. 

Registration Fee:  Registration Form below must be returned by noon on Friday April 18th.  The Registration fee is $40/person and includes lunch at Chula Vista April 28, 2008, a full buffet breakfast April 29, plus refreshment breaks and materials both days. Please send an institutional check referencing the attendee’s name, payable to UW System Administration to: Kären Miskimen UW System Procurement 780 Regent Street Madison, WI  53715.
