Mission
The mission of UW System's Office of Procurement is to help UW System's faculty, staff, and students create and disseminate knowledge by providing procurement leadership, guidance, audit, advocacy, communication, training, and cost-effective procurement on behalf of all UW institutions within delegated authority.
Vision
The Office of Procurement strives to be recognized as:
- An authority on procurement policies and practices for the entire system.
- A center of excellence for supply chain management/contract issues.
- Able to maximize procurement resources across the state and system through collaborative sharing of resources.
