Nelson Leslee Nelson is a professor of art and liberal studies and the arts at UW-Madison, where she received her M.F.A. in graphics and M.S. in textile design. She received her B.F.A. in ceramics and textile arts from California College of Arts and Crafts. To create her series of fabric wall pieces, she rescues and finishes patchwork tops made by women before her. |
