Ficek-Swenson Bernice Ficek-Swenson is a professor of art at UW-River Falls. She holds an M.A. in printmaking and museum studies from State University of New York at Oswego and a B.A. in studio art and an M.F.A. in printmaking and painting from the University of North Dakota. She crafts her photogravure etchings using a 19th century process of fine-art printmaking and continuous tone photography. |
