DeVinny Doug DeVinny is a professor of art at UW-Parkside. He earned his B.A. in painting from Colorado State University and his M.F.A. in printmaking from Indiana University. He based Wisconsin RFD on his interest in a nontraditional proportion of the picture plane and the genre of landscape. |
