Lisa joined OPID in August 1998 as Interim Director and was appointed Director in March 1999. Lisa received her B.A. from Hampshire College and her MFA in Theatre from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has been involved with OPID for a number of years, serving as the Faculty Representative from UW-Parkside since 1992 and as a member of OPID's Executive Committee since 1993. She came to the UW System in the Fall of 1985, and was Associate Professor of Dramatic Arts at UW-Parkside since 1992, chairing that Department from 1994-97. She was the inaugural director of Parkside's Teaching Center, and chaired several important university-wide committees there. Outside of the office, Lisa is trying to find time to get back to the directing she loves while keeping quite busy
with her ten-year-old daughter, Rachel.

Donna has been a member of the OPID Staff since 1987. She has master's degrees in Library Science and in Adult Education, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Donna enjoys her OPID job because it gives her an opportunity to work with UW-System faculty, administrators and students. Her many responsibilities include: planning the OPID conferences, working with the Wisconsin Teaching Fellows Program, chairing the review process for the UTIG program and the Conference Development Grants. Outside of the office Donna is a T'ai Chi and Qigong instructor. She has her own school in Madison and conducts workshops and seminars in the art of relaxation through Chinese exercise around the state.

Rae is the newest member of the OPID team, joining the staff in December of 2004. She has a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a special interest in the dialectic and ethical theory of Socrates. She is delighted at the opportunity to work in support of OPID and those who give a central place in their lives to teaching and learning. Her professional background includes extensive experience in desktop publishing, printing, and information technology.
