dotOPID Conference Development (CD) Grant Program

Proposal Deadline:  April 2, 2010
Conference Development Grants are available for up to $1,000 in support for programs that promote cooperation and exchange among UW System faculty and are focused on the enhancement of undergraduate teaching and learning. Programs are typically workshops, presentations, or mini-conferences on teaching-related subjects.

Undergraduate Teaching and Learning Grant (UTLG) Program

Proposal Deadline: February 19, 2010

This year’s grants are intended to support projects:  

  • that focus on student learning outcomes that recognize the intentional relationship between liberal arts education, inclusive excellence, and teaching as community property.
  • that focus on assessing quality teaching practices that integrate student learning outcomes and the relationship between liberal arts education and inclusive excellence, and the sharing of quality teaching practices.
  • that contribute to the body of knowledge about quality teaching practices
