Helen Klebesadel
MFA, BS, and Certificate in Women's Studies (UW-
Madison). Faculty member in the gender studies program and chair of the
studio art area of Lawrence University from 1990-2000, and a visiting
professor and associate chair of the women's studies program at
UW-Madison 2001-2004. Past national president of the Women's Caucus
for Art (nation's largest multi-disciplinary women's art organization),
and a past member of the governing council of the National Women's
Studies Association. Current appointee to the Wisconsin Arts Board as
well as a nationally and internationally exhibiting artist (including
South Africa, Rwanda, and Sri Lanka through the U.S. Arts in the
Embassies Program) with artworks included in the collections of the
American Council of Education, Lawrence University, and HospiceCare Inc.
