La Vonne J. Cornell-Swanson, Ph.D.

La Vonne has many years of social work practice and administrative experience in the fields of child and family services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from UW-Whitewater and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma. She earned her Ph.D. in cultural and linguistic anthropology from UW-Milwaukee in 2001.
