In the Exclusions boxes (for both full- and part-time), report the number of students who left the institution for any of the following reasons: Died or were totally and permanently disabled; Serve in the armed forces (including those called to active duty); Serve with a foreign aid service of the Federal Government (e.g., Peace Corps); or Serve on official church missions.
