Kevin Welch |
Kevin Welch came to the Office of Policy Analysis and Research in January 2003. Though he worked in several different areas in the office, his major responsibilities are in financial aid, student enrollment statistics, and admissions. He has been a member of several working groups in these areas, and participates actively in regular meetings with financial aid directors and admissions directors.
He received a doctorate degree in sociology from the University of Washington in Seattle. Prior to coming to UW System Administration, he worked for the Center for Health Policy and Program Evaluation in the University of Wisconsin Medical School, where he conducted needs assessments of the alcohol and drug abuse treatment system in Wisconsin.
