Kelly Campbell, Office Manager, joined UW System's Office of Policy Analysis and Research (OPAR) in 1999.  Before joining OPAR, she worked in UW-Madison's Anatomy Department.  Prior to working in Wisconsin, she worked for the City of Santa Monica, California, in several areas:  Police, Purchasing, and Advanced Planning.  She began her working career at USLife Insurance Co. in Pasadena, California, in 1981, working in inventory control.  Kelly is a graduate of Michigan State University, earning her B.A. degree in Purchasing Management in 1981.
