Step 4: Create and print the error count report

After you have created the error report, you can now generate the error count report. These reports tell you how many errors there are for each edit.

1. Go back to the 'Main Menu' and click on the 'CDR/CDB Processing' button to open up the 'CDR/CDB Processing' window

2. Click on the 'Edit/Update' button to open up the 'Edit/Update' window

3. Click on the 'Online Update' button to open up the 'Online Update' window

4. Select the appropriate file (the file you wish to view), then click on the 'Process' button

5. Click on the 'Reports' button to open up the 'Reports' window

5. Click on the 'Error Counts' button to generate an error count report, then click on the 'Print' button to print the report, if you wish

Now that you have created the error count reports and identified which edits are in error, it is now time to clean up the edits in error.
