  • Digital Media Work: Release Agreement

    This document should be signed by the student(s) who create the work so that the instructor and your Learning Technology office can use the production in the ways outlined by the agreement. In this sample form, it gives instructors the authority to show the student work outside of class and at conferences. It allows DoIT-Academic Technology (Madison) the right to use the work to promote digital media assignments for teaching and learning on campus and at conferences as well. Online Hybrid and Teaching Resources Wiki

The purpose of this wiki is to have a collaborative workspace where learning technology and teaching and learning center individuals can easily share and gather resources for use in their work related to faculty training and development. This collaborative wiki workspace will focus on sharing faculty training resources focused on online and hybrid course design and delivery. By adding resources to the wiki, we can all increase our job efficiency and ultimately increase the competence and quality of instructors, to then benefit students. Read more about this wiki.
