It was suggested that we get a grant logo created (based on the LTDC logo) for funded grant projects to place on their websites.
Hal will contact CIOs asking for addition information on campus use. A draft will be sent to executive committee for comment.
AnnMarie, Nicholle, Glenda and Jane will continue work on these. Jane and AnnMarie will work on creating webpages of resources (linked to the LTDC site). They will get started with Topics of the Month/Week/Bi-Week. LTDC reps committed to responding to email requests for resources on specific topics.
Kathy will talk with Ed expressing concern and interest of LTDC being represented on these groups.
Discussion took place on format for Friday morning presentation. Kathy and Hal said they would speak with John G. to set up agenda. Committee thought it important to focus not on technical aspects of specific products but rather on benchmarking what SV is, where campuses presently are, and what we need.
Hal and Glenda will report to working committee on agenda items as discussed by LTDC reps earlier on Thursday.
Will join the system joint meeting as was done this year. Pat will check with Dave for the date of this meeting. Discussion recommended the following topics for presentations: portals, Prometheus, open systems, and Xan.edu
May be of interest to LTDC reps. We should be aware of them, but it probably should not be our responsibility on campuses.
Such as Prometheus, open systems. Pat will speak with Bob Kaleta regarding Prometheus and report back.
AnnMarie will try the website out and report at the Spring meeting.
