Three contact lists are maintained here at OLIT relative to the ESRI Systemwide Contract along with corresponding email listserves.
Campus Primary Contacts are responsible for distributing the software within their own institution;keepingthe campus GIS records, including logon information, the number of copies and the computers and/or servers on which software is installed.

GIS Specialist is the contracutal term applied to the technical contacts responsible for supporting the software at each institution. They are the only people who may contact ESRI for technical assistance. Questions regarding use of the software should be directed to a GIS Specialist who is authorized to contact ESRI directly if needed.
