The Office of Information Services develops and maintains custom application solutions, and provides access to our data resources and data warehouse.

Employees, when requesting to be authorized, modify the authorization, or be removed from the following list of applications and data, should complete the UWSA Data Base/Application Access Authorization form and send it to the OIS Data Administrator, 780 Regent Street, Suite 246.
