The Center for Urban Education at the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California is the location of exciting research on diversity in higher education. Dr. Estela Mara Bensimon, the director, together with a team of researchers has been field testing an organizational learning model of institutional change, the Equity Scorecard, in 14 urban public and independent two- and four-year colleges in the Los Angeles metropolitan area for the past four years.
