Ultimately the project was approved as a Proof-of-Concept project that was conducted during the summer and fall of 2003. The scope reduction for that is contained in th POC Project Description
A followup NSF CCLI Proposal was submitted in June of 2004. This proposal extends the concepts from the POC with the additional focus of addressing issues of scaling the sharing, recreation and reuse of TCP structured content.
