Impact of Recent Legislation on UW System Employee Benefits
UW System Administration has received many questions regarding the impact of 2011 Wisconsin Act 10 (Budget Repair Bill) and Act 32 (2011-13 Biennial Budget Bill) and is monitoring the impact of the legislation on UW System employees. Act 10 went into effect on June 29, 2011 and Act 32 was signed by the governor on June 26, 2011.
