Creates an income tax and franchise tax credit for businesses that pay tuition for an individual to attend a university, college, or technical college.

AB 135 Tax Credit for College Savings (EdVest)

History & current status

As amended, this legislation modifies tax credit eligibility requirements and deduction limits for contributions to EdVest, the state’s college savings program.

AB 148 Composition of the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System

History & current status

This bill requires the appointment to the Board of at least one citizen member who resides in each of Wisconsin’s congressional districts.
