Anne E. Bilder joined the University of Wisconsin System Office of General Counsel in 1998. She specializes in employment law, student affairs, and international programs. She is a graduate of Carleton College and the University of Wisconsin Law School where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review. She has also received a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University, focusing on higher education law.
