Edward Alschuler is a 1971 graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in History and a 1974 graduate of the Washington University School of Law. He has been a member of the Office of General Counsel since February 1992. From 1979 to 1992 he was General Counsel to the Wisconsin Board of Vocational, Technical and Adult Education (now know as the Wisconsin Technical College System Board). Prior to that he was in private practice in Madison, Wisconsin. Ed's areas of specialization are employment relations and discrimination, issues involving employees and students with disabilities, matters related to real estate, trusts and estates and issues involving liability and risk management.
