Super 8 Motels, Inc. will communicate the terms of this agreement to all of their Wisconsin properties. Super 8 Motels will also alert the Wisconsin properties of the fact that the University of Wisconsin System is a tax exempt organization and as such, employes may avoid all sales and use tax by either direct payment (a University check) or when paid by the employe, if the employe provides a written document to the motel that he/she is traveling on University business. The University of Wisconsin's tax exempt number is ES 40706
