| This file contains all of the account crosswalk combinations that currently exist in SFS for year 2013. You will notice that it does not include all of the accounts that are set up as valid accounts in the SFS Account Table. The information in the crosswalk table controls how the class code and major line code are assigned when we interface data to DOA from SFS. Thus, business units should never use SFS accounts that do not exist in the data shown in this file when processing journals for the ACTUALS ledger. System Administration staff must perform analysis to determine whether there is a proper DOA code map if a business unit wants to use any SFS accounts that are not in this file. Once a link to a DOA code has been identified, the crosswalk table will be updated accordingly so that the related SFS accounts can be used. |
