  1. VALUE: The Graebel Companies offer consistent service through its nationwide network of company owned agencies. UW employees are entitled to competitive discounted rates (62% interstate/64% WI intrastate/50% Canadian) contracted with UW Systems offering you the greatest value for your relocation dollar.

  2. PEAK SEASON RATES WAIVED: Enjoy a 10% savings when you move between May 15 and September 15.

  3. FREE REPLACEMENT VALUE COVERAGE: $5.00 per pound up to a maximum of $75,000 of Replacement Value Protection coverage at no additional cost to UW transferees (includes Wisconsin Intra-state moves).

  4. GUARANTEED ESTIMATE: A binding guaranteed price or actual charges whichever is less will be offered on each estimate (excludes additional services not on original estimate).

  5. CLAIM SETTLEMENT GUARANTEE: In the rare event a claim for loss, damage or delay occurs, it will be settled, or settlement offer made, within 30 days of receipt of all supporting claim documentation. Graebel will reimburse UW employees $25/day, up to a maximum of $250, for failure to settle or make a firm settlement offer within 30 days of receipt of claim. (some restrictions apply).

  6. PERFORMANCE PROMISE: If a pickup or delivery day delay should occur, penalties, subject to certain conditions will apply:

  7. On late shipments over 5000#, a $150 per day penalty is paid up to a maximum of 100% of the discounted linehaul transportation charge.

  8. On late shipments under 5000#, reimbursement will be made for documented meal and lodging expenses.

  • WELCOME HOME SERVICE: Graebel will provide complimentary Welcome Home Service. With your Graebel packer, you can identify five Graebel packed containers. These cartons and all carrier-packed matress cartons will be unpacked at destination and the resulting debris will be removed at the time of unpacking at no charge.
  • CHARGE CARD OPTIONS: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are welcomed with pre-approval on all C.O.D. shipments. This includes Wisconsin intra-state moves.
