Wisconsin/UW and BIG 10 Lodging Contracts and Discounts

NOTE: Rates at some properties may exceed a particular institution's lodging maximum. Use of a contract property whose rate exceeds the maximum is NOT, in itself, justification for full reimbursement.

The Department of Revenue approved tax exempt wallet card or a copy of the Wisconsin Sales & Use Tax Exempt Certificate must be presented to the travel service provider to ensure Wisconsin sales tax exemption and to obtain state/contract rates where applicable.
