Contract Moving Vendors
RELOCATION AND TEMPORARY LODGING (F19) Revised: October 15, 2001
The UW System has contracted with Piepho Moving and Storage, Inc.
and Schroeder Moving Systems to provide household
moving services for UW employes.
ATTACHMENT A -- CONTRACT HOUSEHOLD MOVING VENDOR
Because of the steeply discounted rates and additional negotiated services,
it is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory, that employes use one of these
vendors. If an employe chooses to use a non-contract vendor, it is required
that three estimates be obtained. Reimbursement is then limited to the cost
of the lowest estimate.
