Statute Language:
Prostate cancer research. As a continuing appropriation, from
monies received as amounts designated under s. 71.10 (5h) (i), 50 percent
of the net amounts certified under s. 71.10 (5h) (h) 3, for prostate cancer
research conducted by the University of Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Center
under s. 255.054.

Year-End Instructions (lapse, carry forward, etc.):
The current year budget balance must be lapsed back to the state
at the end of the year, while the cash balance moves forward to the new
year. The new year budget is increased by encumbrances carried forward to
the new year. Refunds of prior year expenditures are deposited to this appropriation
using the code of the original expenditure.
