Travel Agencies
The State Bureau of Procurement has contracted with three travel agencies to serve the State's/UW's needs for travel arrangements. They are STA Travel for student study abroad travel, Worldtek for athletic team travel, and Fox World Travel for employees to book business travel online.
The effective dates for mandatory use are:
- Worldtek - November 1, 2005
- STA Travel - January 1, 2006
- Fox World Travel - The contract is in the process of being implemented at various UW institutions. Until notified that Travelport has been implemented at your campus, you may continue making regular employee business travel airline reservations with the travel agency of your preference.
