Contract Travel Agencies
The State Bureau of Procurement has contracted with two travel agencies to serve the State's/UW's needs for travel arrangements. They are Worldtek for athletic team travel and Fox World Travel for employees to book business travel online.
The effective dates for mandatory use are:
- Worldtek - November 1, 2005
- Fox World Travel's "Travelport"* (Note: Internet Explorer or Netscape must be used.)
UW-Madison employees
All other UW campus employees
*Employees must register and complete a traveler profile in order to use Travelport. Check your institution's travel website for details or contact your institution travel coordinator.
