The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (formerly Office of Academic Diversity and Development) provides leadership to all UW System institutions in creating and maintaining policies and procedures that help to achieve the goals and initiatives of Inclusive Excellence and other related race and ethnic diversity activities. In this capacity, EDI is charged with assisting the President in monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the UW System Inclusive Excellence strategic plan.
