RSS Feed Help
What is RSS?
RSS 2.0 stands for "Really Simple Syndication". RSS allows organizations and individuals to syndicate news and information to a large audience with relative ease. A vast number of resources about RSS exist on the web, including:
- Introduction to RSS (www.webreference.com)
- RSS Readers (www.blogspot.com/rss)
- RSS (file format) (www.wikipedia.org)
How Can I Read RSS Feeds?
In order to read RSS feeds, you'll need an RSS reader. You can choose to use a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox (note: not all browsers include RSS support. Internet Explorer does not, for example), a standalone program (a list of them can be found at http://blogspace.com/rss/readers), or a mail client, such as Mozilla Thunderbird (note: not all email clients include RSS support).
Where is the UW System Clipsheet feed located?
