Qualification Requirements
An architect/engineer responding to the project solicitation shall provide all of the following information in a letter of interest sent to the project contact listed above by the deadline date:

An architect/engineer interested in competing for the project should submit a letter of interest to the project contact listed above. The letter of interest must be received by the the UWSA Contact Person by the solicitation deadline and shall provide all of the following information:

  • Completed and updated data record form. (Form available at this link.)
  • List of similar projects the architect/engineer has, at minimum, substantially completed, including approximate project square footage and/or cost of project.
  • Architect's/engineer's proposed staff and sub-consultants for the project.
  • Schedule indicating when the architect/engineer can begin project work
  • Any other pertinent information indicating the architect's/engineer's qualifications and experience

The official A/E qualification document shall be as submitted via one hard copy and one electronic (CD/DVD/Flash) copy to UW System Capital Planning and Budget office at 780 Regent Street, Madison, WI 53715, by the deadline, as indicated in the invitation chart above.
