Welcome to the Capital Planning and Budget website.
Our office provides assistance to the Board of Regents, the 15 institutions of UW System and, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Administration Division of State Facilities, the state Building Commission. We offer our institutional partners guidance and expertise in capital budget planning and architectural/engineering services to assist them in planning, developing, and maintaining their biggest single physical investment - university facilities.
Our office also develops the Board of Regents biennial capital budget request and submits it to the state's Department of Administration for their recommendation as part of the governor's biennial state building program.
