Biography
Thomas P. Shields is a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, working on his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Political Science with minors in Public Administration and Geography, an emphasis in Legal Studies and a Certificate in Civic and Community Leadership. Shields also has an Associates of Arts and Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley. He has served as the University of Wisconsin System Student Representative on the State of Wisconsin Higher Educational Aids Board. Shields has served as Vice President of the Oshkosh Student Association as well as Vice President Pro Tempore. He has also served as President of the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley Student Association and as the Two Year Vice President of the United Council of UW Students. He is a member of the Epsilon Beta Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity at UW-Oshkosh.
