Biography
Gary Roberts, of Onalaska, is the President and CEO of Morrison Creek Cranberry Corporation, in Warrens, WI. He has extensive experience managing and owning restaurants, including the 1990 National Restaurant of the Year, Piggy’s Restaurant, in La Crosse, WI. Roberts also has served on several boards in the Coulee Region, including the La Crosse Area Convention and Visitors Bureau and La Crosse Chamber of Commerce, and is credited as the creator of Riverfest La Crosse. Statewide service includes Roberts’ membership on the Wisconsin Tourism Council in the 1990s. A native of Sparta, WI, Roberts earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Psychology from UW-La Crosse.
