Biography
Mary Quinnette Cuene is president of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board and a Learning Facilitator in the Business Techonology Department at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) in Green Bay. Appointed to the WTCS Board in 2003, she has served as a member of several workgroups, including the Committee on Baccalaureate Expansion (COBE) Workgroup and the Tuition Workgroup. She has also represented the Board on the Wisconsin State Higher Education State Aids Board. She is a past board member of Bayland UniServ and past member of the Wisconsin Education Association Council Political Action Committee. Cuene was the first to teach a distance-learning course to air from NWTC's Green Bay campus. She received her B.S. from UW-Green Bay and her M.S. from UW-Milwaukee.
