Biography
Jeffrey Bartell
is a founding partner of the law firm Quarles and Brady's Madison Office,
where he has worked since 1983. He was formerly Wisconsin
Commissioner of Securities and Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General.
Areas of professional
expertise include general corporate law, securities law, insurance
law, and administrative law. Actively involved in the community,
Bartell is
currently chair of the Wisconsin Foundation for the Arts, as
well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Monona Terrace
Community and
Convention Center, Meriter Health Services and Meriter Hospital,
and the Overture Development Corporation. In 2006, Bartell was
recognized with the University of Wisconsin Distinguished Alumni Award.
Bartell
is a graduate of UW-Madison, where he received a bachelor's degree
and law degree.
