Biography
Jeffrey Bartell is a founding partner of the law firm of Quarles and Brady's Madison Office, where he worked from 1983 until his retirement in 2008. He was formerly Wisconsin Commissioner of Securities and Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General. Areas of professional expertise include general corporate law, securities law, insurance law and administrative law. Actively involved in the community, Bartell is currently chair of the Wisconsin Foundation for the Arts. In 2008, Bartell was recognized with the Wisconsin Bar Foundation Charles Goldberg Distinguished Service Award, and in 2006, the University of Wisconsin Distinguished Alumni Award. Bartell is a graduate of UW-Madison, where he received a bachelor's degree and law degree.
