Student Representatives Orientation

    • 3-6 p.m., Check-in at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace
    • 6-8 p.m., Reception and picnic with President Reilly at Brittingham House
  • Friday, August 31, 2012
    • 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Meeting at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace

Cost: You pay for travel, lodging, and parking. Dinner on Thursday; breakfast and lunch on Friday will be provided by UW System.

Hotel: Rooms have been blocked at the state rate at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, (900 East Wilson Street, Madison, WI, 53703; phone 608-255-5100). They are reserved under "2012 Student Reps Orientation" and are blocked through August 10, 2012. Parking is $3/hr or $13/day.
