Dace A. Zeps

Dace A. Zeps is currently the Office Manager of Academic & Student Services. She holds an Associates Degree in Supervisory Management from Madison Area Technical College and is studying Business Administration, minoring in Human Resource Development and Organizational Management with an emphasis on Change Management. She has been with UW System Administration for over 10 years and has over 30 years of experience in her profession. She has been the business manager of a radio station, a loan processor at a mortgage company, the administrator of a resort, and the executive assistant to the president of a distribution company.
In addition to her work at UWSA, Dace works part-time as the office administrator for Progressive Dane, a progressive political party in Dane County. She also consults local small businesses on organizational structure and change management, is the President of the Worthington Park Neighborhood Association, the co-chair of the UWSA Partners in Giving Campaign, and serves on the East Isthmus Neighborhood Planning Council - Eastside Community Council, the Eastside Timebank Kitchen Cabinet, as well as other task forces.
Dace has also been working to start a company to manufacture a line of furniture
she designed. Over the past several months many of the pieces have come together.
She hopes to apply for incorporation and begin manufacturing soon. She plan
is to have the company fully functioning in order to have something to do in
retirement.
