Announcing the

Hessen

 10 Year Anniversary of the
 Hessen-Wisconsin
 Student Exchange Program

UWSA

In 1998 the original Hessen-Wisconsin agreement was signed. In 1999 three students from UW-Milwaukee were the first to take advantage of the student exchange agreement by participating in the Marburg ISU that year. Thanks to this agreement, for the past ten years 297 students from Wisconsin have had the opportunity to study abroad in Germany and 140 German students have come to Wisconsin to study at our UW System institutions. This year, on the 10th anniversary of this ground breaking agreement, we are jointly organizing a series of exciting events to celebrate and ratify our continuing collaboration and friendship.
