Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER)

Located at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, CIBER provides financial support to UW System faculty interested in integrating aspects of international business into their specific disciplines.

Institute for Research in the Humanities (IRH)

The Institute is a unit of the College of Letters and Science of UW-Madison. IRH was the first institute in North America devoted solely to the support and encouragement of scholarship in the humanities and to creating a community of resident and visiting fellows in the humanities. The Institute supports research in the study of literature, philosophy, history, culture, and the arts; it also promotes interdisciplinary scholarship.

Solid Waste Research Program (SWRP)

For faculty and staff from UW system campuses. Proposals are sought for research into alternative methods of solid waste disposal, including the reduction of the amount of solid waste generated, the reuse and recycling of materials, composting, source separation and the disposal of household hazardous waste.

Wisconsin Joint Solicitation for Groundwater Research & Monitoring Proposals - UW Water Resources Institute (WRI)

The solicitation is for project proposals related to groundwater, pesticides and/or on-site wastewater treatment and is a coordinated effort of the University of Wisconsin System (UWS) and the Wisconsin departments of Natural Resources (DNR); Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection (DATCP), and Commerce.
