Rehired Annuitants Working for the UW
Rehired annuitants who are currently working for the UW and are still receiving their Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) annuity may have enrollment opportunities during the Annual Benefit Enrollment (ABE) period.
Employee Reimbursement Account (ERA) Program - Health Care FSA and Dependent Day Care FSA
Rehired annuitants may participate in the ERA program through their employment with the UW. The following employees are NOT eligible to participate in the ERA program: LTEs, Fellows, Scholars, Graduate Interns/Trainees, or Post-Doctoral Fellows/Trainees. As a rehired annuitant, you are eligible to participate in the Tax-Sheltered Annuity 403(b) and Wisconsin Deferred Compensation (457) programs. See Saving for Retirement for more details.
Enrollment and Change Opportunities with the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF)
You may also have enrollment opportunities through ETF as an annuitant. The information below is provided as a courtesy to rehired annuitants as ETF acts as your employer.
As an annuitant, you may be eligible to enroll in or make changes to the following plans:

- Wisconsin Coalition of Annuitants Dental Insurance
- VSP Vision Insurance
